BkT – Leadership e Governance
The main body of governance and supervision of BkT is the Board of Directors. Its responsibilities include the approval of strategies, policies and regulations, as well as the protection and enhancement of the BkT brand.
The different BUs are committed to the common strategic and behavioural guidelines, resulting in effective service quality through uniform service standards.
The Board of Directors is composed of a President Carla Angiolina Baccelli, a Vice President Daniele Carlo Trivi and two directors Paolo Braccini and Tony Castagnetti.
CARLA ANGIOLINA BACCELLI
Chairman of the Board of Directors, Partner in charge of BU Audit & Assurance at BKT.
Education
A Chartered Accountant with a degree in Economics and Business Administration from the University of Pavia, Carla has over 20 years’ experience in auditing as a partner in international auditing firms and has acquired a consolidated knowledge of the industrial and service sectors.
Expertise
Carla specialises in auditing national and international groups, including listed ones, belonging to the industrial sector.
She has also gained significant experience in due diligence activities, transition to IFRS standards, extraordinary transactions and debt restructuring, and sustainability reporting.
DANIELE CARLO TRIVI
Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors, Partner in charge of the BU Advisory at BKT.
Education
A Chartered Accountant and Auditor, with a degree in Economics and Business Administration from Bocconi University in Milan, Daniele boasts 30 years of experience in tax consultancy as a partner in leading international consulting firms and professional firms.
Expertise
Daniele specialises in the taxation and regulatory regulation of banks and financial institutions, financial instruments, structured products and cross-border financial transactions.
He has gained significant experience in company valuations, corporate reorganisations and extraordinary transactions.
PAOLO BRACCINI
Member of the Board of Directors, Partner in charge of the BU Sustainability and Labour of BKT.
Education
A Chartered Accountant and Auditor, with a degree in Economics and Business Administration from the University of Urbino, Paolo, after a career in international auditing firms, acquired a consolidated knowledge of the central and local Public Administration sector.
Expertise
Paolo specialises in the design of organisation, planning, programming and control models, human resources management, performance measurement and assessment, sustainability reporting, anti-corruption and privacy for Local Authorities, Public Bodies, Health Authorities and the private sector.
TONY CASTAGNETTI
Member of the Board of Directors, Partner in charge of the UK and International Desk at BKT.
Education
Tony is a UK Chartered Accountant and a registered auditor with the UK’s ICAEW. After a 20-year career in international accountancy firms, Tony has gained a wealth of experience in UK company incorporation and taxation.
Expertise
Tony specialises in the management of international companies seeking to establish and set up business in the UK, whether small to medium-sized entities or multinational groups.
He has also gained significant experience in due diligence activities.
